Like that band you heard on MySpace but hate that you can’t download the embedded tracks? The MySpaceMP3 service solves that problem, letting you download any MP3 from a MySpace page. I am pretty sure, however, that this thing only works if the MySpace player is being used on the page.
And yes, apparently people still use MySpace — myself begrudgingly included. When it’s not too broken too use, that is! (BTW, if you’re a Beatmixed reader but not my MySpace buddy yet, add me!)
