Credit where credit's due - this is 100% based on Last.fm's burgeoning database, which they've developed and then partnered up with / sold to EMI. 

It's still a wonderful enhancement to the gui, but the data is all from last.fm's users (I can confirm that just by looking for my own recommendations and comparing!) - they're the ones that deserve the props, not EMI.
