It’s another micropayment idea for music, but this time the theory involves Google/Yahoo/etc. aggregating all the music and charging a small fee for each song (say $.05 a song) while ISPs and computer manufacturers tack-on a special music tax to the purchase price. No mention of whether DRM is part of the game. Personally I think the idea stinks, and I would much rather be able to purchase a FLAC-encoded album with no DRM from an online music store. All that at a reasonable price, please.
