
Okay, this is getting weird. People Magazine has a little blurb on the DJ RESET mash-up track, Frontin’ on Debra. So first let me say congratulations to RESET — who would have thought People Magazine would be pick up something like this? Roll with it, bro! However, I am scared that this is the same publication that prints reviews of John Tesh albums, too.
I know I’m not the only person thinking this, right?

the national press just makes mash-ups more powerful . who knows, maybe some john tesh fan will check out a mash-up for the first time when they read that

I’m a little more impressed by the fact that Franz Ferdinand made it in an American magazine that isn’t solely about music.
Plus its interesting that two post-punk bands got put on the same page.
