Superdan stumbled across a gem of a post on the Timo Maas message board. Rather than clicking through each one, though, I highly suggest you install wget and scrape that page. Something like this, maybe:
wget -r -l1 -H -t1 -nd -N -np -A.mp3 -erobots=off “http://www.timomaas.com/cgi-bin/cutecast/cutecast.pl?forum=19&thread=2876″
Kn0ck0ut is a VST plug-in that attempts to ease the pain of manually generating vocal acapellas.
The plug takes two mono inputs in the form of a stereo signal — one hard-panned left and one hard-panned right. Frequencies present in the right channel signal are subtracted from the left signal in proportion to their amplitude [...]
I’ve stumbled across what appears to be a fairly popular political remix contest. Bush samples provided free of charge for download or DVD of Bush samples available for purchase (and you know you want one of those). Contest closes September 15th, 2004.

The “minor, unrecognizable” [...]
The battle against DRM continues.
iOpener is an application that will find all of the “protected” AAC files in your iTunes library (the ones you purchased online) and remove the DRM (encryption) from them “in place”, allowing you to enjoy the music you’ve purchased on any device anywhere that supports the standard AAC format. [...]
I’ve made a few minor tweaks to the chorus of my previous mash. I’ve vowed to stop messing with it now. Download the updated — “2.0″ — version of the bootleg.
In honor of Labor Day, I’ve uploaded my DJ set from last year’s Labor Day weekend edition of David X’s Alternative Beats show on KWOD 106.5. The mix is all EBM and synthpop style music, so give it a download if you’re into that sort of thing. There’s unfortunately a bit where it’s [...]
